At Elite Youth Sports, we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience for the families who book with us.

We’re excited to announce that from September, we’ll be introducing a brand new booking system for all Holiday Camps, School Clubs, Gym Tots and Soccer Tots bookings.

Our new platform has been designed to make booking activities quicker, managing your account easier and giving you greater flexibility when booking with us.

To make the transition as smooth as possible, we’re encouraging all parents and guardians to create their new account now, so you’re ready to book as soon as September activities become available.

Choose the centres you’re interested in or closest to you and we’ll make it easier to find the activities that are most relevant to your family.

💳 Tax-Free Childcare Integration

Connect your Tax-Free Childcare account to make automatic payments directly through the booking system.

📅 Flexible Payment Plans

For eligible bookings that consist of 30 days or more, you’ll be able to spread the cost with flexible payment plans.

👨‍👩‍👧 Everything in One Place

Manage your children’s details, bookings and payments from one secure parent account.

⚡ Faster Future Bookings

Once your account has been created, booking future activities is quicker because your family’s information is already saved.

What Do I Need To Do?

Getting started is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Step 1 – Create Your Account

Create your new Elite Youth Sports parent account using your email address.

Step 2 – Add Your Preferred Centres

Once you’ve logged in, select the centres you’re interested in or those closest to you. This personalises your account and helps you quickly find relevant activities.

Step 3 – Add Your Children

Add your children’s details to your account so everything is ready when bookings open.

Once you’ve completed these three simple steps, you’ll be ready to book Holiday Camps, School Clubs, Gym Tots and Soccer Tots from September onwards.

Why Create Your Account Now?

Creating your account before bookings open means you’ll be ready to book straight away.

Rather than creating an account while trying to secure your preferred sessions, you’ll simply log in and complete your booking.

It only takes around two minutes to set up your account, and you’ll only need to do it once.

If you regularly book with Elite Youth Sports, we highly recommend creating your account as soon as possible.

What Happens To My Existing Bookings?

There’s no need to worry, your existing account isn’t disappearing overnight.

Existing Bookings

Any Holiday Camps, School Clubs, Gym Tots or Soccer Tots bookings you’ve already made before September will remain on our current booking system.

You’ll still be able to access your existing bookings whenever you need to.

New Bookings

All bookings taking place from September onwards will be made through our new booking system.

Do I Need A New Account?

Yes.

All families will need to create a new account before booking any Holiday Camps, School Clubs, Gym Tots or Soccer Tots from September onwards.

This is a one-time setup and only takes around two minutes.

To make the transition as straightforward as possible, you’ll notice two login buttons across our website.

New Login

Use this to:

• Create your new account
• Book Holiday Camps
• Book School Clubs
• Book Gym Tots
• Book Soccer Tots
• Access your new parent portal

Old Login

Use this to:

• Access bookings made before September
• View your previous bookings and account information

This will make it easy to know which system to use during the transition.
